Performance and Loyalty

Rewards for outstanding performance and loyalty are enjoyed across the organisation at all levels. The annual Awards of Excellence programme recognises employees for their contribution to the business in areas such as revenue generation, service excellence and demonstration of our company values. In addition, the Length of Service programme rewards loyal employees with a selection of gifts. We also offer Loyalty Days, which as the name suggests are a form of leave used to reward our people for their ongoing commitment.

Health and Wellbeing

We partner with national providers to make discounted health insurance and gym memberships available to all our employees. In addition, all Colliers International offices have fresh fruit deliveries and provide free breakfast cereals. Many also organise periodic health and wellbeing-related activities, including participation in team fundraisers, social club events, boot-camps and sporting activities with colleagues.

Community and Lifestyle

We encourage all of our employees to become involved in their local communities by offering one day per year of paid Volunteering Leave. In addition, various lifestyle related benefits are made available including financial advice and employee discounts on a range of products such as digital devices and automobile services.
